My work is a way for me to embrace and embody warmth, elegance, and beauty. Specializing in portraiture through the mediums of oil paint and pastel pencils, I center my practice on not only the celebration of Black culture and femininity, but the celebration of life.

In a world that's weighted by conflict, adversity, and reductive, harmful, narratives, I choose to use my canvas as a space for sanctuary. Bringing light and love into an otherwise bleak and depressing world.

Each portrait is designed to not only be viewed, but to be adored. With every painting I wish to illustrate and communicate a person's story, their personality, and highlight the little things that makes our lives so beautiful.
